Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and uninstalled, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return (RMA required)

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a Return Authorization (RMA) along with the return address and return instructions. Items sent back to us without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

Return shipping

  • Change-of-mind returns: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law).

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will work with you to repair or replace it at no cost. If repair or replacement isn’t available within a reasonable timeframe, we will provide a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Special order items (items ordered specifically for you), except where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect on arrival.

  • Hazardous materials / Dangerous Goods items (including products containing lithium batteries) for change-of-mind returns.

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Sale items and gift cards.

Lithium battery / DG return handling

Do not ship lithium batteries or other DG items back without approval. If a DG item is approved for return (e.g., defective/incorrect), we will provide instructions for compliant return shipping.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
