Rentals
All rental equipment remains the property of Arclight Tool & Supply Inc. or its partners.
All rentals are governed by a separate Rental Agreement, which is provided and accepted at the time of booking or delivery through our rental platform. The Rental Agreement is incorporated into these Terms by reference and prevails in the event of any conflict.

Rental equipment may require deposits, insurance, certificates of insurance (COI), training, or proof of qualification.
Safety & Use
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

- Use by qualified and competent personnel only
